The main level is framed by a large covered porch that provides access to a foyer with adjacent study. A living room with gas fireplace and a formal dining room are both decorated with copious built-ins and enamel artwork in the hardwood flooring. A modern kitchen with an island, stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse sink surpasses even twenty-first century standards, and a 20′ x 10′ backyard deck provides for outdoor entertaining.
Upstairs, a master bedroom with private en suite and walk-in closet is the main attraction, while three additional bedrooms and another bathroom with a double sink rounds out the second floor. A 392 square foot attic provides a space for storage and recreation.
