When these clients came to us to discuss their custom home in Gold Beach, Oregon, they were in a bind. Their previous contractor had been removed from the project after the structure was partially built, leaving the building to weather the elements of the southern Oregon coast for three years before the DC Builders team arrived. However, once on-site, our team immediately got to work ripping out the compromised sheathing, roofing, and stair material and proceeded to rebuild and finish the structure. The result is a stunning custom home with four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and a three-car attached garage located just a quarter-mile from the beach. The main level features a spacious open-concept dining and family room area with a well-appointed kitchen, as well as a great room with access to a covered patio. You’ll also find a master suite with a luxurious bathroom and walk-in closet, a full bath adjacent to the garage – perfect for washing up after a trip to the beach – along with a powder room, laundry room, walk-in pantry, and study nook.
